Kelsey Sweger LMFT, LADC

Kelsey earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Oklahoma State University.  She has worked with adults, adolescents, and children, in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings.  Kelsey uses a combination of client-centered, solution-focused and strength-based therapy methods.  She assists individuals at the onset of, or progression, of illness and disability.  Kelsey works well with women who are seeking to make behavioral changes and who are recovering from substance abuse and eating disorders.  She uses the medical model as well as the cognitive behavioral approach when treating these women and their families.  Kelsey also uses Systems Theory to assist individuals with impacting positive change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in OK, TX, MO, and Wyoming with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and an additional Master's in counseling. I am also an approved Supervisor in Oklahoma. My approach is person-centered, and we can make the change you desire through the use of ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR, ERP, or PE.

I can help you walk through the recovery from abuse, overcome trauma, work on your marriage, deal with depression, and manage life. My treatment approach provides you with a supportive, non-judgmental environment to open up and begin the process of change. And I don’t just listen. I help you overcome self-defeating behaviors and set healthy boundaries.
